Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) conseiller(ère) de vente polyvalent(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe retail et contribuer à offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle en magasin.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

En tant que conseiller(ère) de vente, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la satisfaction client et la performance du magasin. À ce titre, vos missions seront les suivantes :

Accueillir, accompagner et conseiller les clients afin de garantir une expérience d’achat qualitative

Atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs de vente individuels et collectifs

Veiller au respect des standards visuels du magasin (merchandising, mise en avant des produits, signalétique)

Assurer la propreté et la bonne tenue générale du point de vente

Adopter une présentation professionnelle conforme aux standards de l’entreprise

Veiller à la protection des biens de l’entreprise, dans le respect des procédures Fanatics Retail

Participer à la gestion des stocks (réception, traitement des livraisons, réassort)

Contribuer aux inventaires réguliers et garantir leur fiabilité

Appliquer et promouvoir l’ensemble des procédures et règles en magasin

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

Une première expérience en vente ou en retail est appréciée

Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, rigoureuse et dans un environnement dynamique

Disponibilité pour travailler sur des amplitudes horaires élargies, notamment les jours de match et lors d’événements

WHAT’S REQUIRED:

Maitrise de l’anglais, troisième langue appréciée
