Senior Account Executive, Integrated Communications

At Clarity, we serve as a global consultancy driving growth for B2B tech organizations. Led by experienced communications professionals, we align strategy, markets, and execution to transform ambitious targets into real commercial success.

With international offices across London, NYC, Amsterdam, and Sydney, our global team of over 100 experts guides leadership teams through critical growth moments across enterprise technology, fintech, cybersecurity, and healthtech sectors.

Since launching in 2006, we adapt and deliver integrated communications, marketing, search, and creative programs that establish long-term competitive advantage for pioneering tech brands.

We're looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team in New York, working across fintech, healthtech, and enterprise tech clients who expect more than coverage. You'll own client projects end to end, spot the moments that put our clients in the news, and secure the top-tier media that moves their business forward.

What you will be doing:

Play an active role in supporting key accounts, developing and executing integrated communication and content strategies that achieve client objectives.

Identify timely and relevant media trends to align key clients with newsmaking moments.

Cultivate and leverage media relationships to secure top-tier coverage, adapting strategies to maximize impact.

Own and drive client projects across various tactics (including PR, content, social media, and events.)

Develop compelling client brand materials (including media pitches, press releases, social media content) that resonate with target audiences.

Guide junior staff and help foster our inclusive and collaborative environment.

Contribute to new business development through helping with research, proposal preparation, and pitches.

Stay abreast of core client industry trends (particularly fintech, healthtech and enterprise/SaaS tech).

Contribute innovative ideas to improve programs and processes, demonstrating initiative, entrepreneurial spirit, flexibility, and resourcefulness.

Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.

About you:

A track record of success in an in-house communications team or tech communications agency setting

A self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a focus on accountability and excellence.

A hunger to grow your media network in NYC and attend mediacentric events as a representative of Clarity

An understanding of multi-channel content and communications programs that build brand awareness and affinity.

Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
