Senior Account Manager

As a Senior Account Manager you will be the face of Caseware to some of our most important accounting clients and you will need to demonstrate strong relationship marketing skills.

With the support of colleagues, you will manage the relationship at some of our most important accounting firm clients, initially managing 30+ firms/offices. Using strong consultative selling skills, you will balance maximise sales opportunities while also partnering closely with internal stakeholders to achieve team goals and work towards Caseware’s mission plan.

You will also work closely with the International Strategic Account team, Account Executives and the Caseware Marketing team to develop an ongoing engagement strategy through regular client service activity, represent the CaseWare brand and suite of products at trade events, building rapport, and ultimately closing sales opportunities, whilst expanding revenue amongst our current client base.

The role will require travel in the UK and Ireland. Having a car and a valid driving licence is a hard requirement.
