Analyze territory performance, referral trends, account activity, and competitive opportunities to drive growth

Serve as a trusted resource to referral partners by helping navigate patient placement, insurance, and access-to-care challenges

Collaborate closely with Intake, Clinical, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless referral experience and strong partner communication

Maintain consistent field presence throughout the assigned territory and proactively identify new business opportunities

Accurately track outreach, account activity, opportunities, and referral outcomes in the CRM

Represent Health Link at industry events, networking functions, conferences, and community events

Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and changes within key accounts

Manage an assigned outreach and marketing budget responsibly

Consistently meet or exceed established referral, account-development, and territory-growth goals
