DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

Senior Accountant - HK

Directly reports to Head of Finance

As the Senior Accountant, you will:

• •Prepare month-end & year-end financial statements
• •Perform interim and annual audited accounts and liaise with auditors
• •Manage weekly cash flow forecast and treasury matters
• •Co-ordinate company secretaries matters
• •Perform various analysis on financial data
• •Ensure all accounting transactions are recorded in accordance with corporate procedures and guidelines
• •Assist in ad hoc assignments assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Senior Accountant:

• •Diploma or above in accounting discipline, or equivalent;
• •Student member of HKICPA or equivalent
• •Minimum 3 year’s relevant experience in accounting
• •Strong Excel skills (vlookup, sumif, pivot tables)
• •Experience in using NetSuite will be an advantage
• •Independent, self-motivated, good interpersonal and analytical skills, strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded with high level of accuracy and committed to continuous improvement
• •Ability to set priorities, multi-task and meet critical deadlines
• •Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• •Immediate availability is an advantage
