• Responsibilities
• Leads technical development activities for complex application components and modules. Analyzes detailed business, functional, and technical requirements for applications. Designs and implements scalable, maintainable solutions using appropriate programming and configuration approaches. Provides technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level team members. Conducts code reviews ensuring adherence to standards and best practices. Supports application testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities. Troubleshoots and resolves critical technical issues across applications. Responds to scope changes and implements application enhancements efficiently. Drives quality improvements through adoption of best practices. Collaborates with stakeholders on solution design and requirements clarification. Creates comprehensive technical documentation and knowledge artifacts. Evaluates development approaches and recommends improvements.
