YOUR NEW ROLE:

• •Coordinate workflow across Client Coverage, Credit, CME, Product Specialists, Client Support teams and other internal stakeholders to support efficient transaction execution and portfolio activities.
• •Undertake comprehensive financial and credit risk analysis and credit rating for annual reviews, facility amendments and new lending opportunities. Assess industry dynamics, climate risk / ESG, financial performance, cash flow generation, leverage, collateral security, management quality and prevailing market conditions.
• •Produce concise, insightful and well-structured credit memos outlining risk assessments and recommendations on facilities, limits, tenor, covenants, security and other transaction terms, aligned with internal credit policies, regulatory requirements and risk appetite frameworks.
• •Support Credit and DCA holders / approval authorities in assessing new lending, limit increases, refinancing and transaction structuring opportunities.
• •Develop and maintain expertise in corporate banking documentation and security arrangements. Ensure compliance with credit policies, risk frameworks, operational requirements and internal controls across Term Loans, Overdrafts, Bank Guarantees and Revolving Credit Facilities.
• •Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve controls and efficiencies, and enhance service delivery using AI.
• •Build trusted client relationships and deliver customer-focused solutions.
• •Support transaction execution and deliver high-quality credit submissions.
• •Proactively manage risk and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• •Deliver quality outcomes while minimizing risk events.
• •Drive continuous improvement and process efficiencies

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

• •Candidates must hold an MBA or CA qualification. Additional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or equivalent professional credentials will be viewed favourably.
• •Strong financial statement analysis, credit risk assessment and corporate banking product knowledge.
• •Strong Microsoft Excel capability with moderate to advanced technical proficiency.
• •Banking experience between 3-6 years, preferably with an international bank, or relevant legal, regulatory, statutory or risk-management experience with knowledge of credit risk and compliance processes.
• •Excellent analytical, written communication, stakeholder-management and problem-solving skills.
• •Effective team player with experience contributing to collaborative, high-performing environments.
