What you'll do
Lead resolution of complex and high-value claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Review and approve claims processed by Analysts, maintaining quality standards.
Drive dispute resolution strategy and prioritization to reduce backlog and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with Sales, Commercial Finance, and Supply Chain teams to prevent future disputes.
Use data analysis and Lean Six Sigma principles to identify root causes and implement process improvements.
- Performance
- You will own the end-to-end claims and dispute management process, delivering measurable reductions in dispute volumes and faster resolution times. Your data-driven insights and process improvements will enhance operational efficiency and support month-end financial accuracy. Success will be tracked through key performance indicators such as dispute resolution time, claim accuracy, and process compliance.

- This role reports to the Order-to-Cash Process Manager and works closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain. You will champion responsible dispute management practices that protect customer relationships and uphold audit and internal control standards. Your long-term focus on process excellence supports sustainable operations that benefit Flora Food Group and the communities we serve.

- You have strong expertise in order-to-cash processes, especially claims and dispute management, with advanced skills in SAP and data analysis tools. You demonstrate a track record of driving process improvements and influencing stakeholders across functions. Your mindset is focused on delivering precise, timely results while fostering collaboration and accountability. You take pride in your role as a key contributor to operational excellence in a food-focused business.
