Senior Analyst, Indirect Sourcing

Job Description :

• Job Title : Senior Analyst, Indirect Sourcing
• Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka
• Work Arrangement : Hybrid (3 days per week in the office)

• Position Summary :
• As part of News Corp's Global Sourcing team, you will support sourcing strategies to drive efficiency, value, and security across the business. In this role, you will focus on the Professional services and HR category , helping streamline procurement processes, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring optimal outcomes for the company.

Key Responsibilities :

• •Category Strategy Execution : Collaborate with stakeholders to implement sourcing strategies for the Professional services and HR category.
• •RFx Management : Develop and manage Requests for Proposal (RFPs), track performance metrics, and ensure category health is in line with goals.
• •Cost Optimization : Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.
• •Stakeholder Relationships : Build strong partnerships with internal teams to align procurement activities with business priorities.
• •Supplier Engagement : Manage vendor selection, negotiations, and contract execution, ensuring adherence to News Corp's procurement standards.
• •Contract Management : Work closely with legal and contract management teams to draft and finalize agreements, including Statements of Work (SOWs) and Master Service Agreements (MSAs).

Qualifications :

• •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (MBA is a plus).
• •Minimum 3 years of global sourcing experience, preferably in Professional Services and HR category
• •Certification in Procurement (CPSM or CSCP) preferred.
• •Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
• •Experience working in a large, global organization and managing complex contracts.
