Responsibilities

• •Lead and manage the daily operations of the branch to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence.
• •Drive the branch's financial and sales targets through strategic planning and effective distribution of consumer banking products.
• •Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve individual and branch performance indicators.
• •Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management frameworks.
• •Foster strong customer relationships and resolve complex customer queries to maintain high service standards.
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives and business development strategies.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• •Proven track record in retail banking, wealth management, or branch operations, with prior experience in a supervisory role.
• •Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to guide, develop, and inspire a diverse team.
• •In-depth knowledge of consumer banking products, financial advisory processes, and industry regulations.
• •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers and stakeholders.
• •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
