Senior Associate, Desktop Engineering

• Key Responsibilities:
• Engineering & Implementation
• •Design and deploy desktop images, configurations, and software packages.
• •Manage endpoint management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, JAMF) for patching, updates, and compliance.
• •Develop and maintain automation scripts for desktop provisioning and support.
• Support & Troubleshooting
• •Provide Tier 3 support for escalated desktop issues.
• •Analyze and resolve complex hardware, software, and network problems.
• •Collaborate with help desk and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless support.
• Security & Compliance
• •Ensure desktop environments comply with security policies and standards.
• •Implement endpoint protection, encryption, and vulnerability remediation.
• •Support audits and reporting related to desktop infrastructure.
• Project & Collaboration
• •Participate in IT projects involving desktop upgrades, migrations, and rollouts.
• •Work with cross-functional teams to support business and technology initiatives.
• •Document engineering processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.

• Qualifications:
• •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• •5+ years of experience in desktop engineering or end-user computing.
• •Proficiency in Windows and macOS environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• •Experience with endpoint management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, JAMF).
• •Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
• •Excellent analytical and communication skills.

$200,000 - $245,000 Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits as well as the potential for an annual bonus consideration.
