Senior Back-end Product (PHP, Symfony) - Fluix Team

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Back-end Product Engineer (PHP, Symfony) based in Ireland.

• This role offers end-to-end ownership of backend product development within a mature B2B workflow automation platform.
• You’ll work on core systems spanning workflow automation, offline synchronization, document processing, e-signatures, and enterprise integrations.
• From understanding customer problems to designing, shipping, operating, and improving solutions, you’ll have broad technical ownership.
• The position combines hands-on engineering with architectural decision-making, product thinking, and continuous improvement.
• You’ll work across backend, frontend, mobile, support, and other teams to deliver reliable experiences for customers.
• AI is an integral part of the engineering workflow, supporting development, testing, refactoring, investigation, and documentation.
