- As a Senior Backend Software Engineer, you will help build reliable, scalable systems that support a modern SaaS platform transforming how dental practices operate.
- You will work primarily with Java and Spring Boot, taking ownership of major product updates from development through production release.
- The role combines hands-on engineering with technical ownership, requiring a strong focus on architecture, security, stability, testing, and performance.
- You will collaborate closely with Product and Frontend teams to deliver AI-powered capabilities and seamless user experiences.
- AI tools will be part of your development workflow, helping you increase velocity while maintaining full ownership of technical decisions and code quality.
- You will also mentor teammates, improve engineering processes, and directly influence the reliability and evolution of a high-impact product.
