About the role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Brand Manager to lead the strategy, growth and performance of our Beer brands.

As the business owner for your brand(s) , you will turn consumer and market insights into strong brand and commercial plans, working closely with distributors and customers to drive sustainable growth and excellent execution.

Top Accountabilities

• •Own Brand Strategy & Performance
• Lead the strategy and coordinate the success of assigned brand(s), driving growth, market share, brand health, profitability and return on investment.
• •Turn Insights into Growth
• Leverage consumer, shopper, customer and market insights to identify expansion potential and translate global brand priorities into locally relevant strategies and plans.
• •Lead Integrated Brand Activation
• Develop and execute integrated, omnichannel brand plans with distributor and agency partners, ensuring impactful activation across consumer and customer touchpoints.
• •Drive Commercial & Financial Performance
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Supply and distributors to connect brand strategy with commercial execution, optimise marketing investment and deliver business commitments.
• •Lead Partnerships & Shape Future Growth
• Build strong cross-functional, distributor and customer partnerships while identifying emerging consumer, channel and market opportunities to shape future brand, innovation and investment priorities.

About You

• •A degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline, with 6–8 years of relevant experience in brand management, marketing or commercial roles, ideally within FMCG or consumer goods.
• •Proven experience in owning brand strategy and annual brand plans , with a track record of delivering integrated, omnichannel campaigns and activations.
• •Strong consumer, shopper and customer orientation , with capacity to translate insights and data into growth opportunities and commercial actions.
• •Experience working with distributors, commercial partners and/or key customers , building strong partnerships and driving execution through others.
• •Strong commercial and financial acumen , including marketing budget management, ROI evaluation and understanding of P&L drivers.
• •Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority, as well as effectively manage agency partners.
• •Strong analytical and digital capabilities, with curiosity around emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools , and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
