What will you do?

• •ITIL Process Evaluation - intermediate level; assessing IT service management processes for continuous improvement
• •Enterprise Software - intermediate level; working with complex systems to meet organizational technology needs
• •Business Requirement Analysis - developing level; translating stakeholder needs into actionable specifications
• •Process Improvement - developing level; identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions that drive results
• •Technical Documentation - developing level; creating clear process maps and guides for team adoption
