The Senior Buyer & Strategic Sourcing Specialist will help manage and scale procurement and supply chain operations within a fast-growing, mission-driven environment. This hands-on role combines day-to-day purchasing with strategic sourcing across technical components, hardware, materials, and manufactured goods. You will partner closely with Engineering, Hardware, Manufacturing, Finance, and Program teams to ensure materials are sourced at the right cost, quality, and timing. The role also focuses on anticipating supply risks, strengthening supplier relationships, and improving procurement predictability. You will help establish scalable processes, strengthen supplier quality and compliance, and improve visibility across the supply chain.
