About the role:

Join the IRS team and help drive one of SEB's strategic account and interest rate services. We are looking for a senior developer who enjoys taking ownership from design and development all the way to production support and operational excellence.

This role is ideal for a senior engineer who wants significant responsibility, technical influence, and direct impact on a business-critical platform.

As a senior C# developer, you will play a key role in driving the development and implementation of SEB’s account administration and interest rate services team. You will onboard to a recently developed Interest Rate Service solution with an exciting roadmap that serves as a strategic enabler within the Accounts offering, built in-house on a standardized technology stack using .NET and Angular. Working as part of an agile team of skilled developers, you will contribute hands-on to designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software, while collaborating closely with product owners and stakeholders to define and ship new features. You will work with technologies such as C#/.NET, PostgreSQL, OpenShift, GitHub Actions, and Angular, participate in technical, architectural, and methodological investigations, and help ensure performance, quality, responsiveness, code quality, organization, and automation across the solution.

What you'll do

Build and evolve business-critical APIs and services using .NET

Design robust solutions and drive technical improvements

Work hands-on with PostgreSQL, Entity Framework Core, OpenShift, GitHub Actions, and Angular

Take ownership of production stability, incident resolution, and operational excellence

Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to deliver customer value

Are a senior developer with strong C#/.NET and SQL skills

Has strong experience with OpenShift and CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, deployment automation, and DevOps practices

Enjoy taking ownership and solving complex problems independently

Have experience operating and improving production systems

Like working in a small team where your contributions make a real difference

Experience using LLMs as part of your development workflow, either professionally or through personal projects.
