Senior Civil Site Grading Engineer

• This remote engineering role provides senior-level technical leadership for civil site grading and design across complex utility substation projects.
• You’ll lead the development and review of grading, drainage, earthwork, erosion control, and related civil engineering deliverables.
• The position spans projects of varying sizes, complexities, and voltage classes across transmission and distribution substations.
• You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, designers, project managers, clients, survey teams, geotechnical specialists, and external stakeholders.
• A major focus is improving engineering quality and delivery through automation, reusable tools, standards, and scalable workflows.
• The role also provides opportunities to mentor engineering teams, support business development, and influence departmental technical standards.
