Senior Claims Specialist, Auto Material Damage

• This role manages an assigned inventory of auto material damage claims across Personal Lines Auto, Garage Keepers Liability, and Commercial Auto Liability.
• You will oversee claims from initial assignment and coverage verification through investigation, evaluation, recovery, and final disposition.
• The position combines technical claims expertise with sound judgment, customer service, and disciplined adherence to established handling practices.
• You will independently manage claims within assigned authority while escalating complex matters and providing technical updates to leadership when needed.
• Success in this role requires strong organization, timely file management, and a commitment to equitable and accurate claim resolution.
• You will work remotely as part of a dynamic claims environment while maintaining effective relationships with agents, insureds, and internal stakeholders.
