Responsibilities:

Overall manage the relationship with Oral Category supplier manufacturing sites for great performance. These CMO suppliers supply Haleon product with spending estimated £19m

• •Drive CMO supply strategy and internal alignment to deliver superior results
• •Secure CMs continuously supply high quality product on time and continuously improve product quality and process robustness at CMs
• •Proactively manage risk and develop mitigation plans with CMs and execute the business contingency plan for the affected supply chains
• •Collaborate with multi-functions to manage multiple changes related to product license, artwork, formula, technical and regulation to secure supply
• •Lead and execute New Product Launch, Product network transfer and sustainability project on time following global category strategy
• •Drives continuous improvement, and work together with procurement on cost savings ideation, cost avoidance and delivery to improve product gross margin
• •Proactively manage risk (Supply disruptions and OTIFs) and develop mitigation plans with CMs and execute the Business Contingency plan for the affected supply chains

Requirements:

• •Bachelor degree or above
• •At least 10 years working and management experience in manufacturing, supply chain management or procurement. Better to have healthy food or OTC industry experience.
• •Supplier management
• •SAP basic operation
• •Negotiation and contracting skill
• •Using Windows XP and OFFICE software( WORD、EXCEL、POWERPOINT) fluently
• •Proficient English reading, writing and speaking
• •Excellent leadership and execution capability
• •Strong learning agility and stay curious
• •Well occupational moral, Honest, persist in the principles
• •Analytical and problem-solving skill
• •Organization development
