Senior Collection Manager

We are seeking a senior collection manager to serve as the program's authority on collection management and targeting across DIA's regional and functional intelligence centers. You set the standard for how requirements are written, tracked, and evaluated, and you develop the collection and targeting workforce behind it.

Why this role: Functional Leads set the standard for their discipline across the whole program, not just one team. You mentor practitioners across multiple DIA centers, shape how the program hires and trains, and grow along a defined leadership path.

Position is contingent upon contract award. Selected candidates receive contingent offers in advance of award. All discussions are held in confidence and do not affect current employment.

Work Schedule: M-F 8 hours/day

Essential Responsibilities:

Serve as the senior authority for collection management and targeting practices across supported centers

Standardize collection requirements management across the tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination cycle

Mentor collection managers and targeting analysts and build their certification and development paths

Author and maintain procedures and position guides for collection and targeting functions

Coordinate with government collection leads and IC partners on requirements, gaps, and priorities

Serve on hiring panels and remain engaged in mission work

Minimum Requirements:

Active TS/SCI security clearance, CI polygraph preferred

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

10+ years of collection management, targeting, or HUMINT operations supporting DoD or the Intelligence Community

Experience managing multi-INT collection requirements

Experience leading or mentoring collection or targeting personnel

Security Clearance Required: TS/SCI

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree

Minimum Years of Experience: 10

Preferred Qualifications:

Collection management experience at DIA or a combatant command

Experience with DoD HUMINT requirements and reporting systems

DoD strategic debriefer or joint targeting certifications

Instructor or curriculum development experience

Compensation Details:

$130,000 - $170,000
