Senior Compensation Consultant

This remote role is designed for a senior compensation professional who will serve as an internal expert and strategic advisor on complex compensation matters. You will lead the design, analysis, and execution of compensation programs while partnering closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and senior business leaders. The position combines advanced compensation analytics with enterprise-level project leadership, requiring strong judgment and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. You will influence decisions across job architecture, pay structures, incentives, executive compensation, promotions, and retention strategies. The role also offers an opportunity to improve compensation systems, processes, tools, and governance at scale. With occasional travel, this position provides broad exposure to strategic initiatives and senior-level stakeholders.
