- Deep expertise in product and fund governance , with a thorough understanding of investment products, fund structures, distribution models, and the regulatory considerations associated with product development, fund launches, material product changes and ongoing product oversight across UCITS, AIFs and other investment solutions.
- Strong understanding of investment management activities and operating models , including governance frameworks, operational risk and control environments across the asset management value chain, with proven experience partnering with product development, portfolio management, distribution, legal, risk and operational teams to deliver commercially aware, solutions-focused compliance advice.
- Recognised subject matter expertise in Luxembourg and European fund regulation , with experience leading regulatory change initiatives, assessing the impact of new regulations on products and business activities, advising senior management and Boards on complex regulatory, governance and conduct matters, and leading, coaching and developing colleagues in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
