Senior Compliance Officer (Regulatory Focus)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Compliance Officer (Regulatory Focus) based in Netherlands.

• As a Senior Compliance Officer, you will play a key role in strengthening regulatory compliance across a rapidly evolving crypto and payments environment.
• You will focus on licensing, regulatory documentation, compliance frameworks, and engagement with regulators and external counsel.
• The role offers exposure to multiple jurisdictions, regulatory regimes, and complex business models spanning both cryptoassets and payment services.
• You will independently translate regulatory requirements into practical policies, controls, evidence, and implementation plans.
• Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will help ensure regulatory commitments are properly documented and operationalised.
• You will also contribute to new products, partnerships, jurisdictions, and business model changes from a regulatory perspective.
