Senior Contract Manager

• This role is responsible for the day-to-day preparation, negotiation, and management of project agreements and client-related contracts.
• You will manage a broad portfolio of agreements supporting pharmaceutical and clinical research activities.
• The position combines contract drafting, commercial negotiation, risk assessment, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
• You will work closely with Finance, Operations, Business Development, legal stakeholders, sponsors, and subcontractors.
• The role also involves analyzing contractual and business risks while ensuring agreements are commercially sound and compliant.
• Success requires strong organization, attention to detail, independent judgment, and the ability to manage high volumes without compromising quality.
