• This is a hands-on recruiting role focused on managing a high-volume candidate pipeline in a fast-paced technology environment.
• You’ll take ownership of candidates from initial conversations through later interview stages, ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout.
• The role combines candidate assessment, pipeline management, hiring-manager partnership, and proactive recruiting problem-solving.
• You’ll conduct a significant volume of candidate conversations while maintaining strong organization, communication, and follow-through.
• You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities, calibrate expectations, and keep recruiting processes moving efficiently.
