Strong numerical, financial, and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and data accuracy.

Ability to balance target cost, consumer value, design intent, quality, speed, margin, and manufacturing feasibility.

Experience working with factories, vendors, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix organization.

Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and seasonal deadlines.

Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. Experience with costing systems, product lifecycle management systems, or data visualization tools is preferred.
