Role Overview

You will serve as a senior legal advisor, providing practical, business-oriented counsel across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. You will partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to navigate complex legal issues, structure and negotiate agreements, assess risk, and support strategic business initiatives. This role requires strong legal judgment, the ability to independently manage complex matters, and a solutions-oriented approach that balances business objectives with appropriate legal protections.
