• As a Senior Credit Disputes Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate and compliant consumer credit reporting.
• You will investigate and resolve both direct and indirect credit disputes while working closely with credit reporting agencies and internal teams.
• The role requires strong knowledge of credit bureau processes, e-Oscar, Metro 2 reporting, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• You will analyze complex account information, transaction histories, and reporting data to identify discrepancies and determine appropriate resolutions.
• Working in a digital-first environment, you will use technology and internal resources to resolve disputes efficiently and maintain high service levels.
