Senior Cybersecurity & IT Operations Task Lead

We are seeking a Senior Cybersecurity & IT Operations Task Lead to provide technical and operational leadership within a mission-focused federal enterprise IT environment. This position will support cybersecurity governance, risk management, strategic planning, workforce management, budgeting, investment management, information security, privacy, and cross-functional technical execution.

* This position is contingent upon contract award. Candidates must meet applicable U.S. Government security eligibility requirements. *

Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate cybersecurity and enterprise IT activities across multiple technical teams.

Support implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity and compliance frameworks.

Oversee cybersecurity risk assessments, vulnerability activities, and security compliance.

Coordinate internal and external cybersecurity assessments and audits.

Manage cross-team technical dependencies and resource requirements.

Support response and coordination activities associated with significant cybersecurity incidents.

Support IT strategy, workforce planning, budgeting, and investment management.

Promote cybersecurity awareness and security-focused operational practices.

Support information security, privacy, and enterprise IT governance activities.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship.

• •Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• •Active CompTIA Security+ CE certification required.
• •Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Network Security, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems.

5+ years of IT leadership and accountability experience.

5+ years of IT strategic planning experience.

5+ years of IT workforce planning/management experience.

5+ years of IT budgeting experience.

5+ years of IT investment management experience.

5+ years of information security and privacy experience.

• •5+ years supporting digital accessibility/equity considerations within enterprise IT environments.
• •Travel will be required for this role.

Salary Range: $105,000 to $183,000

The compensation range listed for this position represents the good faith salary range Diné Development Corporation (DDC) and its subsidiaries reasonably expect to pay for the role, in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the position's responsibilities, the candidate's education, experience, skills, internal equity, market considerations, and any applicable collective bargaining agreements or legal requirements.
