About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Analytics team. The role will involve working with business and functional teams to analyse data, identify trends and insights, build dashboards and reports, and support data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in data analysis, visualization, data modelling,reporting, and stakeholder management , preferably within the Consumer Goods or Manufacturing industry . Strong experience in last 6-12 months in using AI tools for work and analytics is a must. Experience with Fabric or Databricks.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse business and operational data to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and key insights.

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations .

Perform data validation, cleansing, transformation, and quality checks.

Work with large datasets and combine data from multiple sources.

Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for business and management teams.

Track and analyse key business KPIs related to sales, operations, supply chain, production, inventory, procurement, or other business functions.

Present analytical findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and meaningful manner.

Collaborate with technical teams on data modelling, data pipelines, and reporting requirements.

Identify opportunities to automate repetitive reporting and improve analytics processes.

Use AI tools to improve data analysis, reporting, research, and productivity.

Required Skills

4–6 years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Analytics / Reporting.

Strong hands-on experience in Power BI and data visualization.

Good knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases.

Strong understanding of data analysis, data modelling, and reporting .

Experience working with Excel and large datasets.

Good understanding of business KPIs and analytical concepts.

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

Ability to work independently and interact with business and technical stakeholders.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Hands-on experience with AI tools for analytics and productivity .

Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in Consumer Goods, FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales Analytics, or related domains will be preferred.

Good to Have

Experience with Microsoft Fabric / Azure / Databricks .

Experience with Power BI Service and deployment processes.

Knowledge of Python or other data analytics tools.

Experience in developing automated reporting solutions.

Exposure to forecasting, demand planning, inventory, production, or supply-chain analytics.
