Job Summary:

The Services & Operations organization has established a strong data foundation and is now focused on transforming data into actionable insights and measurable business outcomes. To accelerate this evolution, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst Engineer to lead our analytics capability and enable data-driven decision making across the organization.

This role will be responsible for translating complex data into strategic insights, driving governance and prioritization, and ensuring our investments in data and AI deliver tangible business value. The successful candidate will serve as a bridge between business and technology teams, helping leaders make faster, more informed decisions while improving operational efficiency and organizational performance.

This is a high-impact role with broad visibility across Services & Operations and a critical contributor to the Service & Operation organization's data and AI transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities :

Analytics & Data Enablement

• •Lead the analytics strategy for Services & Operations, aligned with business priorities.
• •Turn complex data into actionable insights, KPIs, and recommendations that drive measurable impact.
• •Improve data accessibility and usability in partnership with engineering, architecture, and business teams.
• •Ensure data platforms support AI, advanced analytics, and future business needs.

Data Governance & Prioritization

• •Define and implement governance mechanisms that improve data quality, consistency, reliability, and trust.
• •Establish data standards, documentation practices, and measurement frameworks.
• •Drive analytics demand management and prioritization processes to ensure resources focus on the highest-value opportunities.
• •Promote a culture of data-driven decision making across the organization.

AI & Advanced Analytics

• •Enable AI adoption by preparing high-quality, governed, and business-relevant datasets.
• •Identify opportunities to leverage AI to increase productivity, improve operations, and create business value.
• •Partner with technical teams to operationalize AI-enabled insights and intelligent workflows.
• •Measure and communicate the business impact of AI and analytics initiatives.

Education:

• •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• •4+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or related technical roles.

Knowledge & Skills:

Analytics & Business Intelligence:

• •Advanced SQL, data analysis, and statistical methodologies.
• •KPI development and business performance management.
• •Power BI and modern visualization platforms.
• •Forecasting, trend analysis, and predictive analytics.

Data Management & Engineering

• •Data modeling and semantic layer development.
• •ETL/ELT design and data pipeline orchestration.
• •Data governance, quality management, and metadata practices.

AI & Innovation

• •Understanding of AI and generative AI applications within enterprise environments.
• •Familiarity with data preparation and governance requirements for AI solutions.

Cross-Org Skills:

• •Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams
• •Analytical problem-solving skills with a practical, engineering-first approach to complex challenges
• •Curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset in a fast-evolving technology landscape
