Role Overview

As a Senior Data Analyst, Product, you will partner with our product team to strengthen data-informed decision making by defining sharp success metrics. You will dive deep into our transformation and reporting platforms to improve self-service through AI and traditional dashboards, while also delivering ad hoc analyses to guide product development.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards to track success metrics across our product

Analyze product usage and revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

Accelerate AI self-service in our intelligence layer: Omni and Amplitude

Research and implement best practices to enhance AI reporting accuracy and reliability

Provide actionable insights to senior leadership and business stakeholders to inform decision-making

Refine ambiguous questions and generate new insights through a deep understanding of the data, our customers, and our business

Ability to translate technical and quantitative analyses into digestible and actionable recommendations

What You'll Bring

4+ years of experience in analytics or strategic role at a technology company

Strong SQL and dbt skills

Prior experience with Omni (or similar BI tools)

Understanding of SaaS business models and product metrics

Very strong organizational skills

Strong communication skills

Experience optimizing context for and output of AI analytical systems
