Senior Demand Planner - Heart Failure - EMEA

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Demand Planner to lead demand planning and Integrated Business Planning activities for the EMEA Heart Failure business.

In this role, you will drive forecast accuracy, strengthen cross-functional alignment, and support strategic decision-making in partnership with Commercial, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams. You will own regional demand plans, facilitate monthly demand reviews, support product lifecycle management, and help further develop our Integrated Business Planning capabilities across EMEA.

What You’ll Work On

• •Lead monthly Integrated Business Planning Demand Reviews for assigned EMEA regions and align stakeholders around demand plans and business assumptions.
• •Develop and maintain rolling 24-month demand forecasts based on market trends, commercial strategies, product lifecycle plans, and historical performance.
• •Partner with Commercial, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to align forecasts, risks, opportunities, and mitigation plans.
• •Monitor forecast performance and inventory health, identify demand changes, and recommend corrective actions.
• •Support product launches, line extensions, and end-of-life transitions while minimizing inventory and supply risks.
• •Evaluate business risks, opportunities, and supply-demand scenarios to support effective decision-making.
• •Partner with Finance to align Integrated Business Planning forecasts with Latest Best Estimate and financial plans.
• •Translate data into clear business recommendations and continuously improve forecasting processes, systems, and key performance indicators.
• •Support the development and continuous improvement of the EMEA Heart Failure Integrated Business Planning framework, with travel of up to 10%.

What You’ll Bring

• •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
• •At least 5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, Sales and Operations Planning, Integrated Business Planning, or a related business function.
• •Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, forecasting models, planning systems, and data visualization tools.
• •Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• •Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• •Advanced knowledge of SAP APO Demand Planning, SAP IBP, or similar enterprise planning systems.
• •Experience with Supply Planning, Production Planning, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and Power BI is an advantage.
• •APICS/ASCM CPIM, CSCP, or an equivalent certification is an advantage.
• •Experience in a multinational, Medical Device, Healthcare, or Life Sciences environment is preferred.
