(Senior) Digital Performance Specialist

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• •Manage and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, and Social platforms to maximize ROI
• •Analyze campaign and website data to generate actionable insights and recommendations
• •Monitor performance against KPIs and implement data-driven optimizations
• •Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
• •Scale campaigns to improve reach, exposure, and efficiency
• •Work closely with internal teams to ensure integrated execution and accurate reporting
• •Prepare performance reports and client-facing presentations

Requirements

• •1–2 years’ experience in digital performance marketing (Search, Display, Social)
• •Strong understanding of Performance Marketing / eCommerce
• •Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, or programmatic tools is an advantage
• •Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
• •Good client-facing and communication skills
• •Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced agency environment
• •Fluent in English and Cantonese ; Mandarin is a plus
