• You will lead recovery strategies for at-risk engagements and coordinate closely with operations and senior leadership.
• The position also involves identifying opportunities to expand services and demonstrate measurable value through reporting.
• You will serve as a trusted partner to executive stakeholders while mentoring Directors and Client Success Managers.
