Senior Director, Creditors Rights Service & Delivery

• This is a hands-on senior leadership role responsible for building and scaling end-to-end service delivery for a rapidly growing Creditors Rights business.
• You will own discovery, scoping, implementation, and filing across new and expanding accounts.
• The role combines strategic operating-model design with direct execution while the function continues to mature.
• You will translate complex legal and jurisdictional requirements into clear, scalable workflows, tools, and quality standards.
• The position requires close collaboration with Sales, Product, Technology, Litigation Support, and other service delivery teams.
• You will also oversee third-party filing partners, manage escalations, and monitor performance, quality, and operational readiness.
