Senior Director, Global Compensation

• This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape and evolve global compensation strategy across a large, geographically distributed workforce.
• You will serve as the subject matter expert for compensation, advising executives and business leaders on programs that support talent attraction, engagement, and pay equity.
• The role spans salary structures, incentives, equity, benchmarking, job architecture, performance cycles, cost modeling, and M&A.
• You will combine deep analytical expertise with AI-enabled tools to modernize compensation design, modeling, reporting, and decision-making.
• Working cross-functionally with People, Talent Acquisition, HR Technology, Finance, and Legal teams, you will translate complex data and regulations into practical programs.
• You will also lead a lean global compensation team while strengthening transparency, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
• This remote role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on compensation leader who enjoys challenging established approaches and building scalable solutions.
