Senior DoD Financial Analyst / Program Financial Manager - Telework

Arcetyp LLC is a growing small business that provides a broad range of consulting services to US Federal Government, US Military, and Commercial clients. Services include Management & IT Consulting, Program & Project Management, and Professional & Admin Services.

Arcetyp LLC is looking for a Senior DoD Financial Analyst / Program Financial Manager . This position is onsite and located in Fort Detrick, MD.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Provide senior PPBE, programming, budgeting, and execution support.

Develop spend plans and POM/SPAR inputs.

Track obligations/disbursements and reconcile program funding.

Produce leadership financial reports.

Support LCCE/LCSP/IGCE and acquisition documentation.

NECESSARY SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

DoD PPBE.

RDT&E, Procurement, O&M appropriations.

Budget execution.

Financial reporting and analysis.

Advanced Excel.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

ACEIT proficiency.

Ability to develop financial schedules and support lifecycle cost estimates.

Experience with DoD financial/budget processes.

Travel: Up to 20%

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Current WRPBH financial incumbent.

MDAPT/PTS/CBE/PCAN/CCaR/PIEE.

DHA medical acquisition financial experience.
