Senior Domain Expert, Total Rewards

This role brings deep total rewards expertise into a technology-driven compensation and pay intelligence environment. You’ll advise on complex compensation questions spanning job architecture, market data, pay ranges, offer construction, and geographic differentials. As a senior individual contributor, you’ll own a compensation domain and guide the roadmap for related content, tools, and product capabilities. You’ll work directly with Product, AI, data science, and development teams to translate practitioner expertise into scalable technology. The role also involves engaging with senior customer stakeholders when compensation design decisions require experienced judgment and clear communication. It is an opportunity to shape how compensation expertise is embedded into products while building resources that scale your impact across a broad customer base.
