Your role

The Engagement Manager leads multi-stream and multi-vendor SAP programs, ensuring delivery excellence, financial performance, stakeholder satisfaction, and realization of business outcomes while maintaining Capgemini delivery standards and governance.

Key responsibilities include:

• •Client and Executive Stakeholder Management
• •Build trusted relationships with client executives, program sponsors, and business stakeholders.
• •Act as the primary escalation point for delivery, commercial, and contractual matters.
• •Lead project governance forums, and executive reporting.
• •Manage stakeholder expectations and drive decision-making across business and technology teams.

SAP Program Delivery Leadership

• •Lead end-to-end SAP transformation programs, including SAP S/4HANA Greenfield, Brownfield, Selective Data Transition and business process transformation initiatives.
• •Ensure delivery against agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business outcomes.
• •Apply SAP Activate, Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall delivery approaches appropriate to the engagement.

Financial and Commercial Management

• •Own engagement P&L and financial performance.
• •Manage revenue, margin, forecasts, invoicing, resource utilization, and commercial risks.
• •Ensure contractual obligations and service commitments are achieved.
• •Support business development, bid responses, contract establishment, and Statement of Work creation.

Governance, Risk, and Compliance

• •Establish program governance frameworks, delivery controls, and reporting structures.
• •Own RAID management covering risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
• •Drive Sales-to-Delivery handover and SAP SafeStart readiness activities.
• •Monitor delivery health, escalate material concerns, and implement recovery actions when required.

People Leadership

• •Lead large, multidisciplinary teams across onshore, offshore, client, and partner locations.
• •Coordinate Solution Architecture, Functional, Technical, Data, Testing, Change, Cutover, and PMO workstreams.
• •Drive workforce planning, capability development, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Business Growth and Account Development

• •Identify opportunities to expand Capgemini services within client accounts.
• •Develop trusted-advisor relationships with client leadership.
• •Support account growth through relevant cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• •Contribute to proposals, client presentations, and solution shaping.

Your profile

Required Experience

10+ years of experience leading complex SAP programs and transformation initiatives.

Demonstrated experience across multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.

Experience with Greenfield, Brownfield and / or Selective Data Transition programs.

Strong understanding of SAP-enabled business processes such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing. EWM/TM or Human Resources.

Proven leadership of multi-vendor and distributed delivery teams.

Experience managing executive stakeholders and Steering Committees.

Remuneration for this role is structured in accordance with this award, with classification level and salary determined based on the successful candidate's experience and qualifications.
