The Opportunity:

• The Business Intelligence Senior Engineer designs, develops, and optimizes advanced data solutions to support strategic decision-making within a healthcare revenue cycle organization. Leverages business intelligence tools, data modeling, and analytics to deliver actionable insights that improve operational efficiency and financial performance. Serves as a technical expert, ensuring data integrity and scalability across enterprise systems. Develops and maintains complex data models, dashboards, and reporting solutions using industry-standard BI platforms. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Manages data integration processes, optimizes ETL workflows, and enforces data governance standards to maintain accuracy and compliance. Monitors system performance, troubleshoots issues, and implements enhancements to support evolving business needs.
