• As a Senior Engineer, Core Products, you will own product features from strategy and design through launch and continuous optimization.
• You will work across fintech, embedded finance, and real-time payroll systems serving millions of transactions with demanding performance requirements.
• The role combines full-stack engineering, scalable architecture, AI-native development, and strong product thinking.
• You will partner closely with product, design, and data teams to shape technical direction and challenge assumptions before implementation.
• Your work will influence both customer-facing experiences and the systems, data pipelines, and analytics that support them.
• You will also help introduce modern AI models, autonomous agents, and agentic workflows into engineering practices and product architecture.
