Job's mission

As a Field Service Engineer (FSE) at ASM, you’ll be at the heart of our customer operations. This role is your chance to gain hands-on experience with our advanced semiconductor equipment and contribute to our customers’ success by ensuring our technology performs flawlessly. Join a supportive team and grow your technical skills in a fast-moving, innovative environment.

What you will be working on

• -Installation and setup of ASM semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
• -Diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
• -Conduct preventive maintenance and basic tool performance checks.
• -Complete structured training in ASM system operation and customer support.
• Document service activities and provide internal updates.
• -Follow cleanroom protocols and safety procedures.

What we are looking for

• -Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• -at least 6 years of relevant experiences(cs, field service)
• -A candidate who is willing to work in either Pyeontaek
• -Strong interest in semiconductor equipment and field service work.
• -Understanding of electrical/mechanical systems or automation.
• -Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• -Fluent in Korean and English.
• -Commute regularly to sites in Icheon, with occasional travel to Cheongju and other sites as well.
• -Willingness to work in cleanroom environments.
