Senior Engineer, Unified Communications

• This is a senior-level Unified Communications engineering role focused on designing, deploying, administering, and optimizing enterprise communication platforms.
• You will help lead voice, chat, SMS, and video infrastructure initiatives while ensuring reliable day-to-day operations.
• The role combines hands-on engineering with incident resolution, performance monitoring, change management, and vendor coordination.
• You will serve as a technical subject matter expert for contact center technologies and contribute to large-scale UC implementations and upgrades.
• The position offers a highly collaborative environment involving technology teams, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
• You will also help translate business requirements into technical solutions, testing strategies, and operational improvements.
• This is a fully remote opportunity with a Monday–Friday schedule aligned to Eastern Time.
