Senior Engineering Manager, Agent Platform & Growth

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager, Agent Platform & Growth based in Canada.

• This is a senior engineering leadership role focused on shaping how developers and AI agents discover, adopt, and use a modern cloud platform.
• You will lead two engineering teams spanning human onboarding and activation as well as agent-facing platform experiences.
• The role combines people leadership, product thinking, technical direction, and hands-on engineering judgment.
• You will own the self-serve customer journey from first touch through activation, monetization, expansion, and broader product adoption.
• At the same time, you will help build APIs, SDKs, CLIs, MCP integrations, and other interfaces that enable AI agents to operate programmatically.
• You’ll work closely with Product and Design while balancing near-term growth opportunities with durable platform investments.
