Job Summary



 To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Executive – Program Management located in Pune.

What a typical day looks like:

• •Must have good knowledge of Project Management / Program Management functions, with preference to experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Operations, or Manufacturing environments.
• •Excellent understanding of Order Management, Demand Management Processes, Billing and AR Process, Shipment Administration Support, and complete understanding of the O2C cycle.
• •Experience supporting US-based customers and stakeholders.
• •Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Brazilian Portuguese and English.
• •Experienced in leading improvement projects using Lean methodologies and digitization tools.
• •Oversee and coordinate program activities with all inter-departments, ensuring completion of all commitments made relative to agreed deliverables.
• •Handle highly confidential and critical business data.
• •Collect and prepare information for use in management discussions and meetings.
• •Responsible for tracking relevant metrics and driving action items based on results within GBS and Site CFT teams.
• •Demonstrate excellent communication, coordination, customer management, and stakeholder management skills.
• •Lead and drive activities ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
• •Good understanding of Program Management concepts and customer-focused operations.
• •Basic understanding of office automation or automation through Excel will be an added advantage.
• •Exposure to ERP tools such as SAP, BAAN, Oracle, or equivalent systems.
• •Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
• •Willingness to work in night shifts supporting US business hours.

The Experience We're Looking For:

• •Graduate in any discipline or related field.
• •Typically requires a minimum of 3-7 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or related domains.
• •Experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or shared services environments will be an added advantage.
• •Good to have experience working in a Global Capability Center (GCC) environment.
• •Basic understanding of financial terms and their impact on business performance.
• •Excellent understanding of customer-facing roles and customer relationship management.
