Job Details

Job Summary:

Develop GMP-compliant maintenance systems, lead facility projects, maintain critical systems and drive continuous improvements.

Job Responsibilities:

• •Assure all facilities support equipment and critical utilities operate within parameters.
• •Assure an ongoing benchmark of energy consumption associated with facilities processes, identify opportunities for improvement and create action plans for implementation.

Assure up to date drawings of new and/or exiting facilities, machinery, equipment and processes.

Make recommendation for machinery and equipment overhaul, renovations or replacement.

Coordinate PM activities and documentation.

Monitor operations of facility support system and critical utilities; make recommendations to improve efficiency and reliability and to avoid unplanned downtime.

Provide guidance and direction in optimizing plant energy consumption. Provide benchmarking of consumption and makes recommendations for improvements to reduce consumption.

Provide guidance and direction of facility maintenance and construction activities.

Provide guidance and direction of projects involving alterations to facilities support system and critical utilities.

Provide troubleshooting of facilities operational issues.

Assist EHS activities when applicable and appropriate.

Provide technical knowledge and problem solving.

Job requirements:

• •Bachelor Degree in Engineering Electrical/ Electronics or equivalent.
• •Minimum 5 years related experience.

Knowledge in cleanroom production (CSA and M&E) is an advantage.

Chargeman certification and experience with Siemens Factory Monitoring Control System or similar Building Management Systems (BMS) are preferred.
