Senior Finance Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• •Must have hands-on experience with Zoho Books.
• •Knowledge of raising client invoices and handling the complete invoicing process.
• •Good understanding of TDS sections, applicability, and deductions.
• •Working knowledge of GST and related compliance requirements.
• •Knowledge of statutory compliance and finance-related requirements.
• •Handling and booking of vendor invoices with proper documentation.
• •Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• •Knowledge of GSTR-2B reconciliation and working.
• •Handling and reconciliation of credit card transactions and expenses.
• •Knowledge of Credit Notes and Debit Notes, including their accounting and GST impact.
• •Good data management and documentation skills.
• •Preparation of finance-related reports.
• •Maintaining accurate records and following up on outstanding receivables and payments.
• •Coordination with internal teams, clients, and vendors for finance-related requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• •Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounts and Finance
• •Mandatory hands-on experience in Zoho Books.
• •Good knowledge of GST, TDS, AP, AR, invoicing, and statutory compliance.
• •Good knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
• •Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• •Good communication and coordination skills.
• •Ability to manage multiple finance activities and meet deadlines.
