Senior Finance Executive

Business Title: Sr. Finance Executive

Location - Assam

Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) is hiring a Sr. Finance Executive for its Home Care manufacturing network. This role will work closely with the supply chain & supply chain finance team and support financial controlling, savings governance, and reporting across multiple factories.

Key Responsibilities –

• Supporting cost control through budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Assisting in driving the savings agenda, including tracking, governance, and benefits validation
• Supporting project appraisals and financial evaluation of capital and cost initiatives
• Ensuring adherence to financial governance and control processes across the manufacturing network
• Preparing and maintaining central reports, dashboards, and MIS for performance tracking
• Coordinating with site finance teams to ensure timely and accurate financial submissions
• Supporting audits, reviews, and compliance requirements
• Frequent travel across factories to support reviews, governance discussions, and project evaluations

Eligibility –

• CA with 0-3 years experience
• Prior exposure to plant / manufacturing / supply chain finance is preferred
• Strong analytical skills, stakeholder management ability, and comfort with data and reporting
